Happy New Year.
A blustery mild January morning, greeted me as I started my New Year’s resolution of a regular morning walk. My new Fit Bit Charge HR , care of my wife (xmas present), switched on and secured on my right wrist. A brisk walk along the Grand Union, to Cassiobury Park.
About 6,000 steps sets me up for my target of 10,000 for the day..
The great thing about a walk is it clears the mind so you can think clearly about important things. So much to do before 2nd February was my first thought.. So have set the afternoon aside to read the blue book..
I will be sending out an invite you to join me on this walk, one Sunday morning.. Followed by a pint of course at the Nascot Arms
